DIRECTIONS: Massage small amount (refer to photo on website for reference) to one area (abdomen, chest, breast, thighs, inner arm, or neck), alternating areas with each application. Use for 3 weeks on, one week off. During menstruation, take that week off. During menopause, also take a week off. I like to tell my menopausal women to take their week off from the 1st to the 7th of every month so it's easier to remember.
