Angelica grows in temperate regions in western Europe, Siberia & Himalaya. Angelica is a warming tonic remedy, and will help relieve poor digestion, indigestion, gas, colic, poor appetite, poor circulation & improves blood flow.
PREPARATIONS: tea or herbal extract
CAUTIONS: DO NOT take if pregnant or if taking anticoagulants (blood thinning drugs). Not advisable during heavy menstrual bleeding.
